What We Do
InfoMine of the Rockies designs and implements telecommunications technology solutions to assist businesses and organizations by connecting them to electronic resources and more effectively communicating with their customers and one another.

Assessment. InfoMine performs a technology assessment of your business or organization to better understand those technology components and systems you already have in place that are working, and those that are missing and need to be designed and installed in order to provide a complete solution to the challenge at hand.

Procurement Processes. InfoMine has extensive experience working with a wide variety of procurement processes, ranging from Invitation for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Municipal Lease (MUL) and many federal assistance and grant programs, such as the USAC E-Rate Program, the USAC RUS Program, the SBA's SBIR grant program and the like. No matter the procurement process, InfoMine will make the designed solution appropriate to meet the requirements of the process.

Contract Award/Negotiations. Given the scope of most of the solutions designed and implemented by InfoMine, a contract is usually required to make explicit the responsibilities of InfoMine and the business or organization for whom the solution was designed. In addition, such a contract always provide a comprehensive time table for completion of the project. InfoMine has extensive experience with a variety of contracts ranging from simple agreements to more complex multiparty contracts for grant-based projects.

Implementation/Testing. Once a contract is signed, InfoMine staff (and subcontractors, if any) begin implementing the designed solution. Our staff have years of experience in developing an installation deployment strategy that causes minimal interruption of business processes while getting the contracted work performed. Our staff respect your business or organization's employees as well as your customers who still need to be served during the implementation of the project. As elements of the designed solution are installed, they are tested continually to make sure the individual elements are working as designed and to make sure they are working with the entire enterprise technology solution.

Sign-Off/Acceptance. Once all project elements have been implemented and tested to comply with the operating parameters of the design, the customer is asked to review the project and sign-off on those elements of the designed solution that are working in accord with their understanding of the contract. For those elements of the project for which there is no sign-off, InfoMine design engineering and managers will work to resolve the challenges and move toward sign-off. Once all elements have received a sign-off from the customer, the project is deemed accepted and the implementation phase of the contract is completed.

Training. All InfoMine solutions include training for all components added to the business or organization. This include administrative as well as end-user training, as the best engineered solution is of no use if your staff don't know how to make the best use of it.

Maintenance/Support. Once acceptance and training have been completed, and at the option of the customer, all solutions implemented by InfoMine can be maintained by InfoMine's service and support staff. With field engineers in all locations in which InfoMine does business, InfoMine provides unparalleled service and support on all of its solutions.
